Measles updates and how to get your children's immunisation records for (0-14 year old)

Sep 11 2019

We are getting an increasing number of calls regarding the measles outbreak in New Zealand. We appreciate your concern. Information is regularly updated at the Regional Public Health website as follows:

If you are the parent or caregiver to a child aged 0-14 years you can email: RES-NIR@huttvalleydhb.org.nz and ask for a copy of their National Immunisation Register (NIR) record for measles. You will need to provide:

· Childs first and last name
· Date of birth
· NHI (if known)
· Mothers first and last name. This will ensure  the correct record is found if there are children with similar names born on the same day.
